Product Description

Zeolite molecular sieves have the structure and characteristics of crystals, the surface is a solid skeleton, and the internal holes have the function  of adsorbing molecules. There are pores connected to each other, and molecules pass through the pores channels. Due to the crystalline nature of the pores, the pore size distribution of molecular sieves is very uniform.
Molecular sieves selectively adsorb molecules according to the size of the holes in their crystal, that is, they adsorb molecules of a certain size and repel molecules of larger substances, so they are figuratively called "molecular sieves."


Lithium molecular sieve is a low-silica molecular sieve and almost all of the cations were replaced with lithium-ion.
The nitrogen capacity and separation rate of nitrogen and oxygen is twice as high as a normal molecular sieve for oxygen concentration,therefore it has the characteristics of higher purity of oxygen generating, higher oxygen production efficiency and more energy saving, etc.     

Lithium molecular sieve is mainly used in medical oxygen and home oxygen generators and rich oxygen generators in PSA and VPSA processes.
