Molecular sieves 13X HP oxygen enriching molecular sieve is a new type X molecular sieve for PSA oxygen concentrator. They are widely used as catalysts to remove the nitrogen from oxygen to obtain pure oxygen. which has higher N2 adsorption capacity and better effect in the N2 /O2 separation process. It's also used as a desiccant agent to absorb the water, moisture, and humidity from liquids, oils and gases.
Chemequip's 13X molecular sieve refers to the sodium molecular sieve with an X-type crystal structure, it's an alkali metal aluminosilicate. 13X molecular sieves can adsorb molecules with a critical diameter of not more than 10Å. Chemequip13X-HP molecular sieve is specially developed for the on-site production of oxygen under the conditions of an ultra-air pressure swing adsorption process.
13X-HP is a special oxygen molecular sieve for household/medical oxygen production with higher oxygen production purity, faster adsorption speed and longer service lifetime, which is an important breakthrough in molecular sieves in the medical industry.
13X-HP molecular sieve oxygen production principle: compressor (PSA) pressure adsorbs air and the air is pumped into the molecular sieve. The molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the air, leaving only oxygen in the cylinder, and the oxygen is purified by high pressure through a high-pressure valve to adjust the concentration of the oxygen generator.

Storage
Prevent the molecular sieves from exposing directly to the damping environment and any absorption of water or organic substance before it's used, otherwise it must be regenerated.
All Chemequip molecular sieves can be regenerated by temperature or pressure swing.
Delivery
For small quantity order < 100kg, 10 days after purchased contract is efficient.
For big quantity order > 500kg, 15 days after purchased contract is efficient.
