Product Description

Zeolite molecular sieves have the structure and characteristics of crystals, the surface is a solid skeleton, and the internal holes have the function of adsorbing molecules. There are pores connected to each other, and molecules pass through the pores channels. Due to the crystalline nature of the pores, the pore size distribution of molecular sieves is very uniform. Molecular sieves selectively adsorb molecules according to the size of the holes in their crystal, that is, they adsorb molecules of a certain size and repel molecules of larger substances, so they are figuratively called "molecular sieves."

Chemequip LI-X molecular sieve is suitable for oxygen production process, which is a technology using air as raw material, this process utilizes molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption and desorption technology. The oxygen generator is filled with molecular sieve which helps in the adsorption of nitrogen from the air under high pressure. The remaining unabsorbed oxygen is then collected and purified to produce high-purity oxygen.

Prevent the molecular sieves from exposing directly to the damping environment and any absorption of water or organic substance before it's used, otherwise it must be regenerated. 
All Chemequip molecular sieves can be regenerated by temperature or pressure swing.

Delivery
For small quantity order < 100kg, 10 days after purchased contract is efficient.

For big quantity order > 500kg, 15 days after purchased contract is efficient.
