Platecoil® Laser Welding Dimple Jacket is one of another form of pillow plates heat exchanger, and can be directly fit and stick to the outer surface of existing tanks or containers to realize the purpose for cooling or heating or drying purpose. The Dimpled Jacket can be made into double embossed construction, by using heat conductive mud, it also can be made a single embossed or rolled shape according to your requirements. Dimple Jacketed Heat exchanger also can be called dimple jackets, stainless steel jacket, Clamp-on Heat Exchanger and so on. Platecoil® Laser Welding Dimple Jacket heat exchanger has double embossed type jacket and single embossed type jacket. Double embossed clamp-on heat exchangers are easy to install on existing tanks or equipment with heat conductive mud, and are economical, effective way to retrofit heating or cooling or drying for temperature maintenance. Single embossed jacket heat exchanger's thick plate can be used as tank's inner wall directly.

The heat conductive mud can prompt the clamp-on heat exchanger fit to the existing tanks or containers perfectly, It can effectively solve the problem of flatness and heat exchange efficiency.
